Well, that’s it fellow Lazies. The NBA 2016-17 regular season is over, and one to remember. The league broke records all year long and most notable coming from Russell Westbrook, breaking the Oscar Robertson’s longstanding mark of 41 triple doubles in a single season. But it wasn’t just Westbrook who marched into NBA history, but the league as a whole.
SB Nation gathered up all the individual and team records that were smashed this year, and it was more than just a few. It’s a reminder that even though everyone is expecting a Warriors-Cavs finals rematch, for the third season in a row, but this year left a lot more to remember than anyone could have imagined.
Catch you on Playoffs Monday!
